To succeed with business models there are many issues of great importance that have to be in place. The single most important one is to have the right people and to “train” and treat them well. Over the years, Imego has developed a culture that can be summarized as “We can do it and do it better than anyone else and we can improve our selves continuously to keep ahead of our competitors”. The fundamental concept behind this statement are that we employ skillful people who complement each other. We combine research-experienced people with people with industry experience. We develop and focus our skill through research projects and education.
Of great importance in gaining experience is participation in our large external projects as well in the small exploratory, brainstorming and calculating pre-studies. We maintain each person’s network through participation at conferences, seminars and multi-partner project such as European projects. The Imego uniqueness also includes sophisticated labs, the system of marketing and doing business, and the continuous improvement of the overall quality system.
